NORTH SEA - a sequence of 12 colour photographic print-works.

Our relationship with the land and the sea is finely balanced. We are attracted to the coast, to the light and the space.

When we look out from the land what is it we hope to see? Perhaps we are looking inside ourselves as much as out over the water. At the shore we experience a mixture of feelings sparked by our surroundings, our memories and who we are.

The coast is a volatile environment. Here we are confronted by constant change and the impermanence of everything.
